Big news! 2021 முதல் 2023 வரை தமிழ்நாடு மின்சார வாரியத்தில் அறப்போர் இயக்கம் வெளிக்கொண்டு வந்த  ரூ 397 கோடி டிரான்ஸ்பார்மர் ஊழல் புகாரில் CBI முதல் தகவல் அறிக்கை பதிவு செய்து விசாரணை செய்ய  அறப்போர் வழக்கில் சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் தீர்ப்பு.

ईडी, चंडीगढ़ आंचलिक कार्यालय ने पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत 22.04.2026 को कोटक महिंदा बैंक म्युनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन, पंचकुला फ्रॉड केस से जुड़े पुष्पेंद्र सिंह, रजत डाहरा, दिलीप कुमार राघव, विकास कौशिक, सनत रियल्टर्स, सनी गर्ग, कपिल कुमार के चंडीगढ़, पंचकुला, जीरकपुर, डेरा बस्सी और राजपुरा (पटियाला) स्थित 12 परिसरों में तलाशी अभियान चलाया। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान कई अपराध-संकेती दस्तावेज और साक्ष्य मिले और उन्हें जब्त कर लिया गया।

ED, Mumbai Zonal Office has conducted search operations at 13 locations across Maharashtra, Delhi and Andhra Pradesh on 21.04.2026 under PMLA, 2002, in connection with an ongoing investigation in the case of M/s Rajeshwar Exports Pvt. Ltd. and others, involving illegal foreign remittances. During the search operations, various incriminating documents, digital devices and financial instruments, including rubber stamps, original PAN cards, photographs and blank signed cheque books have been found and seized.

Office has filed a Supplementary Prosecution Complaint before the Hon'ble Special Court (PMLA), Rouse Avenue, New Delhi, arraying Sachin Dev Duggal, a citizen and resident of the United Kingdom (53B, Lancaster Gate, London) as accused, in continuation of the Original Prosecution Complaint dated 18.12.2024 against V.N. Dhoot and 12 others, in respect of which cognizance was taken by the Hon'ble Special Court on 10.02.2026.
