.@KServicing sucks for PPP loan forgiveness applications and has little interest in helping small nonprofits to navigate the difficult process for loan forgiveness. Check out their BBB reports on this issue. And they're an @AmericanExpress company. Shameful.

@s_check @CustomersBank @SBA I am having the same problem and runaround from @KServicing and @CustomersBank As a sole proprietor its mind blowing that big companies have received forgiveness for huge amounts and I'm being challenged for accepting $4,000 when my beauty biz was forced to close last year.

@CustomersBank many out here are encountering major issues and injustice with kservicing ppp forgiveness application process. Will customers bank step in and make right? We can’t even access @SBA direct forgiveness as you have opted in to allow. It’s harming small businesses

@KServicing Why is it taking so long to create the portal to apply for forgiveness? How is it beneficial for Kabbage to build its own platform as opposed to using the SBA PPP Direct Forgiveness Portal? Could you please explain?

@KServicing I’ve emailed and sent DMs, I’ve submitted my 2nd round app as soon as it was live and my status is still saying reviewing, when I know other people in my orbit submitted days after already have status change to awaiting SBA review. Is there a reason it’s faster for some?

@KServicing Hello, I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB today unless I hear back ASAP regarding my PPP loan forgiveness. It’s now July and you still haven’t sent the email with application instructions. All online research has led me to believe you’re scamming your customers.

Super disappointed in how @KServicing is handing PPP Forgiveness… been able to qualify for months and they won’t process anything. Now @KabbageInc wants to promote their new business checking. I know they split off their companies, but it sure does leave a sour taste about mgmt
