@djmactri Exactly. I’ve done years of “run focused” work when reality was I had a strength and movement pattern limiter.

@maggieru I have a Patagonia jacket I like. Focus more on the base layers and good gloves. Too much just leads to sweating & then you’re colder. I skip a coat until <30.
