We have to stay loaded into the back hip as we separate! This is a common issue we see among hitters as they separate and get to the hitting position. If your hitter feels weak, like they are lacking drive and struggling to create force into the ball, it’s usually because their weight has shifted out of their back hip as they get to the firing position. #baseball #hitting
