These replies are incredible because it shows how little these people seem to know about JCPOA. Out of the 6 listed demands, Obama’s deal achieved none of them. Not one. It didn’t address the missile program at all. In fact, they actually reduced sanctions related to that program. It did nothing to address funding and arming regional terror proxies. It did not require them to decommission nuclear reactors. It did allow for enrichment, which they could and did ramp up to a higher level over time.

Like you I would be disappointed if it was true. But If the same regime stays then in 20 years both Israel US will face the same issues. They are also hitting 100s of Basij & Police sites in Tehran forcing them to hide. Why would they do that if they want the same regime to stay in power as hitting basi & police checkpoints has no military value?

The problem is that I have been given assurances that the U.S. is not pursuing regime change in Iran and instead wants the same regime to remain. They previously favored someone like Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and now they appear to want Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf to take control. They want a totalitarian regime to stay in power in Iran. They will not sell anything to the Islamic regime.
