What is that one department in medical school that will teach you 20% of what is in the textbook in class but ask for 120% of textbook details in the exam?

Sadly, it might require someone getting their license to practice suspended or lost before social media medical ethics take root in the Nigerian ecosystem. The posts in the last few days from med students to doctors on this space have been quite surprising.
