Many mini fridges people use for peptides are the wrong kind. They use a thermoelectric chip instead of a real compressor. Cheap and quiet, but they rarely can hold below 50 and swing 20 degrees with the room. Reconstituted peptides need steady 36-46F. Get one with a compressor.

if you think reta is just about losing weight you're wrong the most underrated effect of reta is that it kills food noise. that constant background voice telling you to snack, scroll uber eats, eat the second cookie. just gone studies are showing it works on the same dopamine and reward pathways as addiction. people on reta are also drinking less, smoking less, gambling less. it's not just food we live in a world built to keep you addicted. fast food on every corner, ultra processed everything, social media, dopamine hits engineered to make you come back. the entire industry needs you hungry, anxious, and easy to sell to reta basically lowers the volume on all of it losing weight is the side effect the real win is your brain finally being quiet for the first time in years
