@RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial : I had complained about the rotten food that was supplied by IRCTC Food Plaza Platform 1 at Vijayawada Railway Station on 01.Apr.2026.
Within few minutes I got a call and they said they will check the food and refund the money. We had stomach upset

May I request @olacabs and @bhash not to fool the customers if you cannot serve them. I am glad and thankful to @chennaicorp authorities (SI sir and team from Airport Police Station)who were very swift in responding while you were trying to fool your customers.

@Olacabs @bhash @chennaicorp I have booked a cab yesterday from Chennai Airport. CRN 10228010765.The driver demanded more than double the amount. The ride charges were Rs.570 & he demanded Rs.1300 starting that it is night time and from airport, the chargers are always double 1/5

This shows how Ola takes its customer’s complaints..Though the authorities have acted on it swiftly ensuring the safety of the people, looks like Ola is least bothered
