I used Hermes and Kimi to build an agentic workflow for creating custom typefaces. @NousResearch @Kimi_Moonshot
A visual interface works alongside Hermes chat to facilitate collaboration between agent and designer. The designer provides two hand-drawn sample glyphs, which Hermes uses to generate the full typeface in the target style, requesting feedback along the way.

@TheRohanVarma If someone is able to make a game with swappable items (shirts, pants, etc) I will be super impressed. That's something I haven't been able to do yet with Codex

Today I’m attempting to hit the 5-hour limit on the Codex $100 Pro plan.
The method: build a MapleStory-like game from scratch.
30 minutes in, I already have a working game with sprites, maps, and assets generated with Imagegen.
Unfortunately, I’ve only used 5% of the limit so far.
At this pace, I may need to start building RuneScape in parallel just to make a dent 😬

Pretty incredible
You have to try the new '/goal' feature in Codex
It worked for over an hour and built me an entire complex extraction shooter video game
You give it a goal, then it works endlessly until the goal is complete. It's like a Ralph loop. Can run for days
If you enable the image gen skill before you run the goal, it will even generate ALL the assets for your game autonomously. I didn't manually create ANY of the assets you see in the video
Recommendations: enable the image gen skill, put on skip all permissions, and give the prompt as much detail as you can. It will accomplish ALL of it
This has to be the sickest way to build games/ long running app tasks ever

Codex isn’t just a coding assistant anymore.
It’s becoming a full AI game-dev workspace. 🦫🎮
For this project, Codex handled the workflow by using:
🖼️ GPT Image 2.0 for the visual direction, cards, enemies, and UI assets
🧠 GPT-5.5 for gameplay structure, systems, and iteration
💻 Codex to turn all of that into a real project
From cozy capybara shrine images to a real turn-based card battle game.
The 2026 AI game dev workflow is getting ridiculous. 🚀
Follow if you’re building games with AI.
Want the full prompt I used for this?
Comment “CAPYBARA” and I’ll share it.
Givros@givros
Holy shit, Codex + GPT Image 2.0 is fucking awesome. 🤯 It created an entire tower-climbing card game from scratch: assets, UI, cards, enemies, everything. 🃏🎮 I just told it: “Make me a Slay the Spire-style game, but with a cozy capybara shrine fantasy vibe.” 🦫🏮🌙 Next step: should we ask it to code the full game and put it on Steam? 🚀🔥

I'm thrilled to see such positive responses to my 2D Sprite Sheet Pipeline write up!
I'm really excited to see what you build with it!
Here are some of the animations I've created with it to motivate you guys! 😁
If you already tried it out, post the results below 👇

There's a reason your animations feel robotic.
Most designers wait for each animation to finish before starting the next. That's exactly what kills the energy.
Better Motion, Ep. 02
Today: Overlapping actions. The principle that makes your animations feel alive instead of mechanical.
What's the one thing that always makes your animations feel off? Drop it below 👇

After many hours of research and training with Claude,
I finally found a way to create 2.5D Painterly CG animation with Seedance 2.
It's not perfect yet, but this is exactly the style I've been chasing. I'm trying to improve light reflection with a scribble animation effect.
My main inspiration is the movie TMNT Mutant Mayhem by Jeff Rowe
