@07Greene That's an odd statement and I'm curious how you reached that conclusion about my coverage in 2009. Losing the Rocky was a huge blow to journalism and a diversity of editorial opinions in Colorado. I was in their newsroom covering the closure for 9NEWS on the last day.

The Trump administration has approved the acquisition of 9NEWS' parent company, TEGNA, by Fox31's parent company, Nexstar. Nexstar issued a statement praising President Trump, who says the deal will "help knock out the Fake News." Nexstar has declared itself "the anti-fake news"

@skierman69 I grew up in a small town in Western NY. My family goes back there to the post Revolutionary War land grants in the area where the Appalachians creep from PA into NY

Very cool your family has such deep roots in Colorado, Todd. My relative William Middaugh was the first sheriff in what was then Arapahoe County, Kansas Territory in the late 1850s. If you want to read a wild story about CO history: files.arapahoeco.gov/Sheriffs%20Off…
Todd@toddAZops

@KyleClark @psaundersdp I guess that Colorado will rediscover its roots. As somebody who can trace their roots to 1870, all you newbie lefties who came to CO because it was great will appreciate a step in the direction that drew you

Thank you, Duane. That's kind. I've been blessed to work with an amazing team. Colorado has been my home for nearly 20 years. I hope to find a way to contribute around here for a long time to come.
Duane Brown@theduanebrown

@KyleClark has been a gift to Colorado. Unafraid to challenge both sides of the political aisle to their faces in interviews, philanthropist, authentic, and funny. It’s a tragedy this acquisition is allowed to happen. I hope we find a way to keep you in Colorado, Kyle.

NEW: Denver's Mayor announces the city will remove Cesar Chavez's name from a park and an annual celebration. Denver will instead mark March 31 as Si Se Puede Day, a nod to UFW co‑founder Dolores Huerta's famous phrase.

@MorrellMDmph @BuckAngel @EvanD3LaCruz Thank you for the suggestion! It's not that we don't want to hear opinions of people out of state - but we typically highlight Coloradans' voices on Colorado ballot issues.

Hey .@KyleClark, if you don’t want to hear @BuckAngel’s opinion from out of state, Antoinette @EvanD3LaCruz is a (lesbian, detransitioner, not a Christian) proponent for protecting kids from “gender” surgery in Colorado. She’s very kind and well-spoken, you should talk to her.
Antoinette De La Cruz@EvanD3LaCruz

33k views in 15 hours, I'm hoping this will touch at least one young person, a family or a kiddo encountering this and prevent them from taking this path of harm... Thank you @BuckAngel be safe on your travels!

@KirkforDefiance Hi Kirk. Your suggestion that rape victims are somehow responsible for other rapes if they don’t feel comfortable sharing their story is quite the viewpoint. Another view is that rapists are to blame for rape.

@KyleClark For what? She knew in the 1960s that Chavez was sexually abusive to females. Instead of doing something about it, Huerta allowed future generates of females to be abused by Chavez. Nothing heroic about that.
