@sainsburys But 2 pints is always cheaper than 4 pints! So I never get a refund. You should always match quantity. Similar if I ordered a dozen box of eggs I would want 2x6 if that 12 egg box isn’t available. If I only wanted 2 pints I’d order it! Your drivers always have to apologise!

@sainsburys every time I order a 4 pint / 2 litre milk I get a substitution of a 2 pint / 1 litre…why not 2x 2 pint? As surely I wanted 4 pints!!! And the you don’t even refund the difference either! I order the quantity as I need it!! Update your #substitutepromise please

@RoyalMail what recourse do I have for a “Tracked 48” parcel that has taken almost 4 weeks to be delivered? Not what I paid for and just a tad late for the Christmas Day gift/card! You’ve wasted more than just my postage cost.

@IKEAUK can I just say you are missing a trick…I was in Bristol last week, walked markethall, admired plant pots, but no live plants, then in warehouse succumbed to some new house plants but there were no pots! I would have probably bought more plants if there had been pots too!

@HowdensJoinery hi we’ve 800mm kitchen drawers, fitted about 8 years ago, but 1 of the drawers got accidentally damaged (someone fell on it) These bars are only broken bit; front, base, back, runners etc all fine. Can u help w/ replacements? Your Bath store: “whole new drawer”!!

@RoyalMail I paid for tracker 24 to get an item delivered next day, not to have it take 24 hours to move between Bath and Bristol!! I would have paid for the 48 if I knew you couldn’t fulfil a birthday gift getting to a 9 year old on time!!!
