Played a lot of solo today. Some PvP fights were definitely fun. But everyone is so passive and nobody risks anything. I think marathon trios are overall way more fun engagement wise.

@jeremyhopke @nikos_on_yt @shroud the ai isn't hard, they are just tanky. If you know how to play with your environment and can aim, you can kill them pretty easily. the only part i'd say is actually hard is the bosses, but they are BOSSES so it should be hard.

After playing Marathon for 30 hours I can confirm the major arguments used by the bandwagon to trash the game are false: - "PvP is too rare" - I get 1-5 fights per match, averaging around 2 fights per game - "It's Concord 3" - Solid niche audience that returns day by day, also hit top sellers list on steam - "The AI is too difficult" - Literally you're just bad at shooters - "the UI sucks" - wait actually this one's valid Marathon is good and those who want to see it fail didn't play it, and rarely point at valid criticism. Instead they rally around some claims of being on a moral high ground or spam steamcharts. A lot of the Marathon hate online is in bad faith.

Despite successfully exfiling, the end of round timer wiped our team, and we lost a massive amount of loot (including a Marathon key). Can anything be done about this? @MarathonTheGame @asalisbury @MarathonDevTeam
