Mans Caprio, husband of Vice President Sara Duterte, has filed a petition before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court seeking a 72-hour and/or 20-day temporary restraining order (TRO) to halt enforcement of a March 31, 2026 subpoena. The filing, received by the House Committee on Justice, covers documents including the income tax returns of Sara Duterte and her husband, Manases Carpio. It all started sometime in 2021 when BBM, with Senator Imee Marcos, visited FPRRD. They had a serious talk about the 2022 election. PBBM was able to convince FPRRD to have Sara be his Vice President, and not run as President. In November 2021, FPRRD mentioned to me about letting Marcos run along with Sara as presidential candidate as part of a plan of retaking the presidency from BBM by year 2025. This is to extend Duterte’s control of the Philippine government, using BBM merely as a political tool. The full implication of FPRRD became clear to me after VP Sara took her oath as Vice President. FPRRD discussed with me and two other retired generals all his plans of unseating BBM by all means come 2025 so Sara can assume the presidency untimely but still can run for the presidency come the 2028 national election. FPRRD told me that BBM already knows of him stepping down by the year 2025 and yielding his post to VP Sara. FPRRD wanted me to share some advice. My advice was simply to create a separate security unit for the Office of the Vice President, a security group distinct and independent from the PSG. I eventually recommended the newly built Camp Emilio Aguinaldo Training School to be the designated homebase and headquarters where all security training, strategic tactical transport, would be handled. FPRRD then called up DND Secretary Delfin Lorenzana to create a VPSPG and made the Camp Emilio Aguinaldo GHQ Training School its headquarters. The strategy is that BBM should only serve less than four years of presidency to make Sara still eligible to run as President by 2028. Part of the plan is to sabotage BBM’s administration by creating issues that would lead to BBM’s impeachment. In the event that BBM refused to honor the agreement and opted not to relinquish his post as President, extraordinary measures of overthrowing BBM should be considered, like impeachment, assassination by poisoning, or any other means, and by the use of People Power that will be triggered by FPRRD with the participation of active and retired AFP and PNP officers. This plan of overthrowing BBM, if all else fails, will be preceded by mass resignation of government officials, civil and religious sectors, and simultaneous rallies, assassinations of government officials and officers, and civil disobedience, and lastly assault of Malacañang Palace by [hard-core] Muslim, former AFP and PNP intelligence, retired AFP and PNP officers and personnel, and Mindanao [men-at-arms], including fraternity groups affiliated with FPRRD. One of my assignments is to recruit anti-Marcos criminals and gang syndicates. A scheme of assassination of government officials, whose top priority is to spearhead civil unrest, followed by civil disobedience. Social unrest will be the gateway for a coup of military officers to stage a coup. This coup will be protected by another group that will not support a possible declaration of martial law. Malacañang Palace will be under siege where BBM’s presidency will be inutile. BBM will be thereafter assassinated if he opts not to step down and/or go on exile to the U.S. VP Sara is safe and secured at Camp Emilio Aguinaldo where her VPSPG is based and encamped, waiting to take her oath as the President of the Republic of the Philippines.” facebook.com/share/p/18Re27…
