Hey @Meta @MetaQuestSupport — explain this: Early Feb: I report a defective neural band for the Meta Displays. You send a charger… not a replacement. Follow up → told to return it first. I hold off. Then the buckle breaks. You receive it March 17.

Broke my phone, ordered another from Verizon, sent out and was smaller than I was told so went to store to return, 50 dollar restock fee would not waive because I was lied to about size. Not with corporate getting handled I hope. Store people were so rude, cause not bought there

@VerizonSupport BS I've been dealing with an issue for over a week spent 6 hrs on the phone yesterday. Was told issue would be resolved today and of course it is not. Been on phone with you guys for an 1.5 hrs and there has been 0 progress in resolving my issue.
