A higher percentage of Jews than Arabs was killed or displaced during the Nakba. About 1% of the Israeli population was killed in the war and almost a million Jews were displaced from Arab countries after the war. How is this not a genocide?

40 years ago this year I made Aliya at the age of 33 with six children (ages 8 and under) and my wife (age 31) with virtually no Hebrew, no close family or friends, no job and no savings. We now have 8 children and 24 grandchildren, all of whom live in Israel. It was the best decision we ever made. I have helped many others make the move and extend a welcoming hand to anyone who wishes to join us in this unique and amazing country.
Hillel Fuld@HilzFuld

“I can’t make Aliyah. I don’t speak Hebrew.” “I can’t make Aliyah. I don’t know anyone there.” “I can’t make Aliyah. I can’t afford to live there!” I think I’m going to start a new series debunking all those common misconceptions. Consider this interview with @mitchellcohen93 the first video in the series.

Apple Cider Vinegar is the most overlooked hack for weight loss. It melts belly fat, stabilizes blood sugar, and rewires hunger hormones. Even celebs like David & Victoria Beckham praise it for keeping them shredded in their 50s. Here’s how it works: 🧵

On a tous compris depuis 80 ans. On reste chez nous. On ne s’excusera jamais d’exister. 🇮🇱 Am Israël haï ❤️❤️❤️

The sooner we recognize this hard truth—that there’s no military solution to the conflict with Iran—the better off the United States will be. Sheer military force cannot reopen the Strait of Hormuz without escalating the war and sucking us into another endless, bloody quagmire that delivers zero benefit to our people. We can’t get rid of the emboldened government in Tehran, regardless of how many leaders we kill. If we try we will end up with a government or failed state, worse than what we have now. The inevitable reality is this: we will have to cut a deal with Iran. We can be pragmatic and do it now on our own terms, or we can keep listening to the same neocons and the Israeli government who got us into this mess, only to cut the same deal after we’ve lost even more. Recognizing that we have hit the point of diminishing returns and pulling out now is not weakness. It is strength—and it’s the right thing to do for the American people.

Two major cities, Toronto and Montreal, now displaying the same hateful, racist placards, identical protest signs, the same flags. This isn’t random. It’s coordinated. Organized. Deliberate. What we’re seeing is a synchronized campaign designed to spread hate and bigotry toward Canadian Jews, funded, planned, and executed with a shared agenda. This is what Canada has become. It won’t stop here. It’s only a matter of time before the same organized and funded hate rallies displace signs and placards attacking Jesus, and Christianity itself.

Forget the "magical" sunrise window. The real science is even better. There is a common myth that you have to time your light exposure to the minute or miss out. The truth is that while timing matters for your internal clock, you do not need to chase a magical window to see real results. It is biology, not a race. 1. Circadian Entrainment Morning light is rich in blue light, which signals the melanopsin receptors in your eyes to reset your internal clock. This improves your sleep quality and boosts daytime alertness. 2. The Nitric Oxide Boost Both UVA rays and near-infrared light trigger nitric oxide release. UVA from the skin surface, NIR at the mitochondrial level, trigger the release of nitric oxide. Nitric oxide helps lower your blood pressure and improve cardiovascular health. 3. Psychological Well-being Bright light exposure is a proven intervention for mood regulation and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). 4. The NIR Reality While near-infrared (NIR) affects mitochondria, you don’t need a specific "sunrise window" to get it. NIR is abundant throughout the entire day. However, morning exposure is more favorable, as the ratio of near-infrared light to ultraviolet light is higher. The Reality Check: Get outside early because it sets your clock and boosts your mood, not because it creates a magical UV shield. #ScienceCommunication #HealthTips #CircadianRhythm

Great bio-hack for nutrient density for accessing anthyocyanins! Frozen berries have nutritional advantages over fresh. A frozen berry processed at a farm usually has a higher nutrient profile than one that spent a week in a shipping truck and sitting on a store shelf. Plus, they have a long shelf life, unlike fresh ones that look wrinkly after a few days in the fridge.
Lori Shemek, PhD@LoriShemek

Did You Know? 🫐 Blueberries are very nutrient-rich & if you freeze them, actually improves the bio-availability of the antioxidants/polyphenols. Ice crystals that form during freezing disrupt the structure of the plant tissue, making the anthocyanins more available. Plus frozen berries are less expensive.

Turkey didn’t kill 70,000 people. It killed over 4 million. It’s arguably the most genocidal nation in history. But you’ll never hear Hasan Piker, Cenk Uygur or progressives say Turkey doesn’t have the right to exist and should be wiped off the map, like Israel. I wonder why!

What's one health habit you wish you'd started 10 years earlier? For me, it’s prioritizing circadian light exposure. I spent years focusing on what I ate without realizing that when I saw the sun was just as vital for my metabolic health. What about you? Drop your #1 habit below.

Sell in May During Midterm Crisis Lots of chatter this week on Sell in May. Worst Six Months May-October are historically worst in the midterm year — but Sell in May has been up 9 of the last 10 years and 2025 was the best. Much of the May-October and midterm year Q2-Q3 weakness was pulled forward to the Q1 Iran war correction. The market has largely moved on and clearly expects a resolution over the next few months, if not sooner. With the conflict still unresolved, expect the market to mark time and move sideways through the 4-Year Cycle Weak Spot and Sell in May as the Mideast works toward a resolution with likely setbacks and midterm election year politicking ramps up. Trend matters far more than magnitude or level when reading these seasonal charts and historical analogs. We’ve updated the S&P 500’s performance before and after the start of crises. The quick recovery to pre-crisis levels and new all-time highs has been positive historically. But as the chart shows, after the initial shock and selloff, once the bounce back recovery is in, the market tends to mark time over the next few months as the crisis resolution plays out. This lines up with the seasonal weakness of the Worst Six Months and the 4-Year Cycle Weak Spot. $SPY #SellInMay #MidtermYear #4YearCycle #WorstSixMonths

"If "occupation" is the problem, why did the Arabs attack Israel in 1948 and again in 1967 — when there was no occupation at all, and they already controlled Judea & Samaria, Gaza, Sinai and the Golan? The conflict was never about "occupation". It’s about Israel’s existence.

Fasting is the single most powerful healing tool on earth, but 95% of people are doing the wrong type for their body. This simple Google Doc shows ALL fasts from beginner to advanced. Study the big pyramid. And then use the simplified version: - Start at level 1 every day - Add level 2 a few times a week - Add level 3 once you're comfortable with fasting - Only touch level 4 when you have a strong foundation underneath you. A quick note... When you start cleaning the body through fasting, you might feel worse before you feel better - headaches, fatigue, mucus drainage, skin breakouts. Dr. Morse calls this a healing crisis. This doesn't mean the protocol is failing - it is stored waste leaving your body. It's a good thing. Move down the levels if you need to... but don't quit. Fasting is one of the best things you can do for your body.

Your walking speed is a better predictor of lifespan than your blood pressure. A landmark study in JAMA reveals that for women in their 70s: · Brisk walkers: 91% chance of reaching age 85. · Slow walkers: 35% chance. That is a 56% gap determined by the pace of your morning stroll. Your gait is the ultimate stress test for your heart, lungs, and neurological health. The Benchmark: Aim for at least 2.2 mph. The Incentive: For every extra 0.1 meters per second you add to your pace, your 10-year mortality risk drops by 12%. Stop measuring just your steps. Start measuring your tempo. Clinical Note: Healthy people naturally have the vitality to maintain a brisk pace. Therefore, the fast walking is a symptom of health, not always the source of it. There is a silver lining. If you train to walk faster by improving your aerobic capacity (VO2 max), you're improving the drivers of longevity. #Longevity #HealthTips #Fitness Source: Studenski et al., JAMA, 2011
