SCOTUS got it right today regarding the voting rights act. Drawing maps based on race has always been unconstitutional and democrats who are screaming like this ruling is the end of the world are openly saying they can’t win elections on their party principles without being able to manipulate minorities with manufactured rhetoric & scare tactics. Voters in the South have had their votes diluted for years but today, hope for a better more equal democracy for all voters was restored 🇺🇸 In 2023, an activist judge ruled we were required to draw maps that are unconstitutional in nature and Georgia now has the opportunity to convene a special session to redistrict and should do so without delay.

When an activist judge REQUIRED us to draw several new “majority-minority” maps in 2023 it was unconstitutional then & it’s unconstitutional today. SCOTUS got this right.

Multiple GOP Georgia candidates and leaders, including @burtjonesforga @RickJacksonGA, @DolezalForGA now calling for special legislative session to redraw Georgia’s congressional map, which is currently 9R-5D, to get more GOP seats in what is a roughly 50-50 ish state.

Yesterday I had the honor of helping kickoff the “Moms for Mike” coalition for @RepMikeCollins in his race to serve us in the U.S. Senate. There is no denying our country is safer today because of his efforts to pass the “Laken Riley Act”. It is rare you find a politician who actually goes to D.C. and does what they say they’ll do, but this guy has. He’s been effective, he’s got one of the most conservative voting records up there, and he works harder than any elected official I’ve ever seen. This is one of the few races this election cycle that can be won without a runoff and it’s because he actually cares about serving people and he has done the work to build a grassroots coalition in all corners of our state. Painful to see this. NH Representative Amanda Toll carries her precious babies while advocating for the slaughter of babies in the womb. That very legislation would deny babies the chance to ever feel their mother’s embrace.

Thankful this season to see this charade finally be over! It’s a shame Georgia taxpayers have had to foot the bill for this witch-hunt.

No, the government is shut down because the democrats are continuing to put illegal aliens over Americans. Hardworking people need help & instead of playing political games, you could use your voice to tell the @SenateDems to vote in favor of reopening the government.

Charlie Kirk was assassinated under a banner that read “prove me wrong” and honestly, what happened today only proves him right. He was right that our values are worth fighting for- literally, for our faith, our freedoms, and our families. Charlie was shot for speaking the truth- simple as that. God, we are one nation under You. We believe in Your goodness even in times we don’t understand. Lord, please place a hedge of protection and a supernatural peace around the entire Kirk family. Thank you Senator @RussGoodman8 and Representative Robert Dickey for putting on yet another great Ag Issues Summit this year! There is no doubt that our farmers deserve a seat at the table when it comes to public policy. I also appreciated listening to the insight from our Agriculture Commissioner @TylerHarperGA about the economic impact of the industry in our state and about all the hard work being done at the state and federal levels to help our farmers recover from hurricane Helene.

I had an awesome time getting to see our Vice President JD Vance yesterday at ALTA Refrigeration celebrating the impact of the big beautiful bill and how it is boosting wages for blue collar jobs, bringing manufacturing back, and putting American workers first! 💪🇺🇸

My heart is so full y’all! ❤️ Yesterday we held my first campaign event for the Senate District 18 race & I am so thankful for each and every person that came to support me. I definitely didn’t take enough photos but I have a few special “thank yous” I’d like to make. First, to pastor Benny Tate, thank you for praying over my family in this endeavor and the people of this district; none of this matters if faith isn’t the foundation! Next, thank you Rep. It was great talking with voters yesterday at the Upson County Republican Party meeting! I enjoyed seeing Sheriff Dan Kilgore, Teresa Meier, Upson County Clerk of Superior Court John David "J.D." Stallings - Mayor - City of Thomaston & my good friend Rep. Robert Dickey. @LisaLp23 does a fantastic job encouraging people to get involved and it’s always nice to be in a room of like minded conservatives.
