@nextofficial I am absolutely shocked by your exchange policy. I have a faulty gift (outfit) for my newborn but because I don’t have a receipt (it was a gift) I can’t exchange for a non faulty item. How is this fair?

@nextofficial This can’t /shouldn’t be the case! It’s crazy. There’s no chance I can get/ask the gift giver for a receipt so now I am stuck with a faulty outfit for my child. It’s unusable so should be exchanged without question
