So yea the trans movement is detrimental to society. High suicide rates persist post-transition, not because of 'society,' but because severe comorbidities like depression, autism, and trauma often go unaddressed. Countries like the UK, Sweden, and Finland have restricted youth transitions for good reason: weak evidence it helps long-term.
