Has anyone else in the Halloween fandom noticing a change in discourse regarding the Blumhouse Trilogy? I have noticed a shift in how they are being regarded and people not liking the movies.
Its almost been a decade since the trilogy released. In these 8 years, have your feelings on the trilogy changed? Have the movies lost their quality to you or are they still around the same as your first viewing?

[OFFICIAL] The Worlds 2026 Play-In Stage has been moved to the Riot Games Arena in Los Angeles from the Credit Union of Texas Event Center.
Riot has mentioned "a few logistical challenges" as the reason for the change, but affirms the rest of the event will be unaffected.

@lbkulinski every one i’ve seen in person has a very obvious crease around the folding part and i get people have different tolerances for that stuff but i need my display to not have any weird glaring distortions like that

2017-18 was the last time phone technology felt exciting. there was a lot of pressure to upgrade every other year in the 2010s if you could afford it. now all new phones look basically identical to ones from 6 years ago. there’s no giant lines outside apple stores anymore

@masoneclark It’s been interesting to see how split Twitter is on this movie. I found it boring and not scary at all. They had so many opportunities to use the background in cool ways but never did, among other things. I think I just have a high scare tolerance

I saw this in theaters today and it was one of the scariest movies I have ever seen in theaters.
It was so good at building tension.
Also an extremely southern women during a scene where you see something in the foreground goes “oh shit!” And it was so funny I legit LOL’d

I just came out of Undertone (2026) gasping for fucking air. They was not joking when they say this is the scariest movie of the year. Nothing will come close to this in my personal opinion. One of those slow burns that actually pay off to what could be one of the greatest horrifying final act. Nina Kiri is phenomenal and I’ll start a riot if she doesn’t win something at the end of the year.
