I didn't earn £38k until I left the UK, so expecting migrants to is unreasonable. UK is a hard place to get ahead. These are working tax payers who want to settle here. Considering how many Brits like to settle abroad w. TV shows like A Place in the Sun, the hypocrisy is real.

@oguma_karen @gibodean @hughlaurie It depends on the app, the metOffice show a percentage chance, and because nothing is ever certain they never say 0, so if it says < 5% it means it could still rain but chances are low.

When a forecast says 10% rain, does it mean 10% chance that it will rain at all, or 100% that it will rain for 10% of the day? Asking for an idiot.
