@mvmt so I'm trying to get my return package picked up. Your instructions say to schedule a pickup with dhl but the return label is for fedex?

I ordered Hedwig on July 7th and my order went from the warehouse to processing then back to the warehouse!! @IKEAUSAHelp Ordered online w/click & collect option on Monday (6/8) w/a pick up of (6/9: 1p-5p.) Order confirmation email states to wait for 2nd email saying order is ready for pickup. Never received 2nd email. Will my order be cancelled after the 24hrs from pickup date?
