I had 2 goals this winter, getting stronger and hitting better. Mission accomplished! Worked with @StrongestMatt for 2 months and hit 3 PR’s, including a 300 lb. deadlift. And worked with @SangilloJohn to improve movement and awareness. @RITG_Leclair @thunderjam134

Had an amazing first weekend to start the spring season with my @MSCAthletics softball teammates @RipkenExpMB going 4 and 2. Excited to play high school after missing all of last year with a broken wrist. I was proud how I drove the ball to all parts of the field contributing 14 hits out of 24 at bats. Happy with my progress so far this winter. 4 weeks until high school! Machine was set to backspin 59-61 crossing me from 30 feet away. Have to stay on top and not miss under. Worked on some fielding drills and throwing on the run this weekend with my teammate @Abbiesaltzman28 Feeling strong. Been working hard this offseason with hitting, fielding and workouts. Mainly focusing on speed and agility mixed with some strength training.
