The $ZEC thesis is pretty simple: In 10 years from now... 1. Will people care more or less about privacy? 2. Will Zcash own the memetics of private currency? 95% certainty on #1. Seems inevitable. The biggest variable here is how much more will people care. And the answer to that probably depends how evil our governments get. 50% certainty on #2. Things like new competitors, private stablecoins, quantum uncertainty, and many other things all still in play. Regardless, if you assume 10X more people will care about privacy than do now, your certainty of #1 and #2 can be low, while still creating a +EV bet.
