best thing you can do for your cognition apart from getting healthy and in shape is probably to stop drinking alcohol and stop taking any kind of stimulant as soon as possible alcohol is obvious, it makes you stupid, you become dependent on it for stress relief or socializing, it dehydrates you, it's overall just literal poison stimulants are similar, they hijack your dopamine system, degrade your nervous system, make you dependent on them for focus and energy which puts you in a really toxic mental loop most people are addicted to these two things and that's why most people are cooked even caffeine get rid of it there is no better feeling in the world than just socializing and joking around freely without ever needing alcohol to make you feel some kinda way makes you feel superior you go to parties or events and see how everyone else is drinking themselves into a zombie state of being, and it's somehow just normal and acceptable? once you've overcome your own social and emotional incompetences you can attend anything and you realize how easy it is just to play around with drunk people, you never needed alcohol to have fun, it's just something that was conditioned into you, in fact alcohol is less fun once you gain mastery over yourself, it's just dulling your mind for no reason other than to make yourself stupid with stimulants it's a similar case, but for focusing and work, once you grow beyond the need for stimulants you realize how everyone else is a zombie running on borrowed false energy just to pay attention sipping their coffees, taking their adderalls or whatever it is, truly diseased weak willed people, once your body is healthy it even begins rejecting stimulants, they feel toxic, it feels like something you don't need, because you don't, you never did, stimulants were always just something that was used to mask a deficiency in the body and mind

As far as I can tell, in China he's largely seen as a Western guy. He is in fact Canadian, not Chinese, and teaches - in English - at a school called "Moonshot Academy" in Beijing, which is a liberal Western oriented private school for rich kids, the very opposite of a communist party posting. Lastly I don't think his takes are popular at all in China, his entire audience is based on English-language Western platforms, and his theories would sound utterly bewildering to anyone in China, let alone Communist/Marxist folks. "CCP propaganda" doesn't have talking points on Freemasons, Jesuits, Illuminati, or whatever he's saying: these theories are typically Western, been hearing them in France since I was born...

The VC money will dry up once they realize nobody is going to make any money in the long run except NVDA and the power companies. The subsidies will stop. And your costs will 5x. There is no moat in AI. Switching from GPT to gemini to grok to claude takes seconds and you don't miss a beat. Its a house of cards.
