@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I've been trying to ring Helen Mucklin at the CEOs office for approx 2 weeks. Left answer messages but no one has had the decency to call me back regards my complaint about my missing Freesat box. Please read my previous DMs before coming back to me.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup signed up for the @freesat_tv box offer, no box arrived, 4 instant chats ignored, 3 emails in one month, no reply. Around 2 months and nothing, shocking service. What's happened to my free gift ?

Managed to get 3 hours in to lockdown before being sent an unsolicited picture of a penis on social media. This is gonna be a long 6 weeks...

@pantsdanny My oldest watched the announcement with us and cried, 1 day with her pals and no more contact with them for another 6 weeks is too much for a 6 year old to process. It's a shambles, this descion should have been made last week so we can prepare our kids.

Apart from the mind blowing incompetence to do it, kids being told to return for 1 day then schools closing is emotionally confusing and stressful for young children, especially those from unstable backgrounds.
