@AskTSA what should be done when a TSAPre ID agent uses inappropriate language and says “don’t talk, just do what I say” when I simply advise them that I’m traveling with a minor and have their boarding pass? @SRQAirport Then the agent goes to “make a note” when I do scan my ID.

Does @hint every reply to support emails? 6 days since using their form, almost 30 days since emailing them. They have no problem taking money for orders but never bother delivering.

@riteaid The issue, to pass along to leadership, is that your website and mobile app don’t work on any VPN connection. Your devs explicitly block anybody on a VPN.

@JulienCoquet It was always fun SCPing files on to the Desktop of @MicheleJKiss’ computer and then telling her a while later that she already had the file. She was always somewhere between appreciative, annoyed, and freaked out.

@usujason Don’t judge yourself, or others, on time but rather outcomes. You should get smarter and quicker with experience. I know you don’t like the “hours” model for consulting but I actually use it as a measure of employee development. Are people learning or continue to need more help.

American #healthcare is SO broken, regardless of whether you have insurance or not. It is unreal than an insured person is required to pay $600/month for lifesaving medicine that is taken by over 2 million people in the US (in the top 250 prescribed meds)! I’m looking at you @UHC

I could have bought a car for what I spent on my @United Polaris tickets only to find out that all the lounges are closed after being told to arrive 3 hours early. For that type of spend, I want some money back! This is why I usually fly OneWorld w/ @AmericanAir cc @MicheleJKiss
