@UberEats / sir I was deceived on my order last night and I haven’t got any refund. The delivery person has in effect stolen my food without delivery while I waited
@ubereats_uk such bad service. Saying the bloke left my meal in a safe place. He sent a picture to me of a black screen. Their support team are offensive.. they say that he’s done nothing wrong??? So so bad! Never ever use them again! Gonna go trading standards

@flannelsfashion I have done Louise but you weren’t very helpful. Flannels don’t want to listen but asking people to DM you makes it look as though you are sorting out the problems of consumers
And no point DM @flannelsfashion as they don’t actually care. Since they’ve been taken over it’s a poor company. Not the lifestyle that they used to be just a cheap organisation. I’d advise anyone to think twice about ordering as you can probably buy elsewhere without refund fees
