@EliMcCann The frequency & audacity in which judges, particularly female judges, are being singled out & labeled by legislative leaders, media, & pundits in this state recently is outrageous. It's intimidation & an attack on democracy. We need to do better instead of disagreeing better.

Utah, I expect to see (bi-partisan) No Kings energy around any attempt by power-hungry legislators in our state who attack judges for simply doing their jobs. Judges who make them angry only because they disagree with what the legislature has done. This is incredibly important.

The people of Utah seem to understand the promise of a fair process, & not of a particular outcome. They are consistently voting to retain our judges at very high rates. Based on the bills aimed at the judiciary that have been proposed this session, the Utah legislature does not.
