TFL how is anyone meant to get a refund? Broken website no refund unless a delay is over 30 mins and no refund if it’s due to a strike, bad weather, customer incident, security alerts or engineering work? So why is the guard telling us we can? And how? @TfL

I don’t understand how incapable a company can be. I give all the details about the transaction I made and they still can’t find my receipt and there for can not return my items I work in a company that can do returns with out a recipt maybe learn a thing or two @ZARA_Care

I gave the date, time, my bank statement, my card number and all the tags of items I bought what more do they want from me I just want a different size cause the clothes don’t fit so well done Zara what a waste of £100 👍🏻

I also find it so hilarious that they won’t even let me exchange?! It’s not like I’m trying to get my money back they aren’t loosing anything? Just a simple exchange to make a customer happy because they bought the wrong size? Take some tips from other retail companies @ZARA_Care
