This is beyond unacceptable, @united. Flight 1648 from Aruba (AUA) to Dulles (IAD) was obviously not going to happen after the incoming plane diverted to San Juan (SJU) and was set to arrive AFTER our departure time. Yet you kept hundreds of us sitting at the gate waiting…

People need medication. Babies need formula. Families are stranded trying to find hotels & new flights with absolutely no guidance. This is not just frustrating, it’s negligent. A simple, honest decision earlier would have saved hundreds of people from chaos & an unsafe situation

only cancel at the actual boarding time. Then you left passengers trapped at the gate for an hour waiting to be escorted back through customs like we were an afterthought. We have been waiting HOURS for checked bags with zero updates and no United staff anywhere to help...

This was tremendous (nothing to brag about myself since I bike more than I use transit). One question - how do they figure out percentile when they don’t know who will combine cards (great feature this year)
