@13222011 Claim submitted 3/1/26 , email received stating you couldn’t locate my booking . A further 2 claims submitted today

@Easyjetline24hr I have submitted a further 2 claims as my 1st was apparently not a booking .

4. We have gathered together and will fight this. This needs to be shared far & wide to highlight to others. Thank you

1. @easyJetholidays in Hurghada were a complete and utter joke. We were left with no information, refreshments or food two days in a row. Stuck in ‘fawlty towers’ overnight with rude staff & inedible breakfast.

3. There were many others also. EasyJet broke their contract and did not meet our basic human rights. Personally my claim for compensation has been denied due to them not being able to find my booking. I’m really interested in the opinion of any professionals out there.

2. Then they tried to send us back after another stressful day in the airport with nothing but a basic coffee shop where we had to buy our own drinks. There were elderly people, diabetic, partially sighted , even a 3yr old Down syndrome child in remission from cancer.

@easyJetholidays we really need info. Flight is supposed to depart 11am and we have not been given any pick up time. Cannot access chat as our original holiday should have ended 3 days ago

@relations79174 we are stuck in Hurghada airport after our flight yesterday was cancelled, again the replacement flight has been delayed again & again. Can you advise as we are being told nothing

@Gmcdt @easyJet We’re the only hotel out of 3 who are in the airport. The other 2 hotels they used are still in resort 🤬

@NiResponsevids We’ve been stuck in Hurghada due to our #easyjet flight being delayed and finally cancelled. #easyjet booked us into a hotel for 3 nights even though we’re due to fly again today. Replacement flight now delayed again
