I just checked, and this user was never reported via a ticket. If they had been, they would’ve been banned already. I can deal with them now, but please get into a habit of whacking these people into a ticket, especially for cases like this, where they deserve a lengthy ban. @limeni001 As far as I'm aware, they'd only consider lowering that ban if they felt the ban issued was incorrect. It's issued by the AC team, so you'd need to reach out to support for it. It's not a ban I can resolve over social media
