Dear Atlanta. Do it. -Update zoning to allow fourplexes citywide. -Remove vehicular parking requirements and reduce said requirements near transit. -Increase required bicycle parking. -Increase sidewalk widths for new builds.

*RECORD SCRATCH * @Spokane_Council has amended the interim zoning ordinance to now allow up to fourplexes CITYWIDE. Ordinance also dramatically reduces parking requirements near frequent transit. 🎊 This ordinance would make #Spokane a statewide housing leader. 🎊

This is why it's inaccurate to say that the J&J pause is not that important because we also have Pfizer and Moderna shots. Because it only requires 1 shot, J&J was allowing communities to easily reach people who might find it hard to show up at 2 vaccine appointments in a month.
