@razzaer Always enter using spot. If the price reaches the bottom of the range, withdraw and re-enter using "ask". Next, when the price goes to the top of my range, I flip again using the "bid" strategy.

Bit late on this one but the lesson still hits I used a spot curve on a coin that dumped 60% and rebounded. Still made +0.3 SOL. But bid-ask would have been +0.7~ SOL. That's 0.4 SOL left on the table from one wrong curve selection. How do you decide when to do spot vs bid ask? @MeteoraAG

@razzaer Technically you are making informed decisions, so that's far from copying... It's actually something any LPer/Trader should do!!

I copy trade every single day. Before I enter any pool I check the top wallets. I look at what they're positioned in, how they've set their bins, what's printing for them. I do this every single session. So yeah. By some people's definition, I'm a copytrader. But I'm not. And the difference matters. @0xMrBeefman is partially right though. Blind copytraders pile into your pool and dilute your fees. When they exit they front-run you and cut into your gains on the way out too. It sucks. And if you're the one copying blind? You copy a wallet into a drainer, you get drained. You mirror someone into a rug, you're in the rug. I've watched people get wiped doing this multiple times. No sympathy. You handed your decision-making to someone else's wallet. No crying in the casino. But here's the thing that got me thinking. When someone drops a pool call in LP Army Discord and 50 people pile in within minutes, how is that any different? Those 50 LPs are now competing for the same fees. Your yield gets diluted instantly. Same result as a copytrader following a wallet into a pool. It's the same when we resaerch the actual coins too, we look at holder account, we even look at which KOLs are in it. So is everyone in the Discord a parasite too? Obviously not. But the economic effect is the same. Someone finds a pool, shares it, and now 50 people are crowding the same position. Your edge shrinks whether they found you through a bot or a group chat. That's just how it works. More LPs in the same spot = less for everyone. Doesn't matter how they got there. What I actually do is different from both. I check who's in a pool. I look at the profitable wallets, their ranges, their sizing. I use that alongside volume, token fundamentals, my own read on where volatility is heading. Then I set my own ranges. My own sizing. My own exit. That's not copying. Same thing a trader does when they check order flow before entering a position. I built a tool for this actually (tracklp.com), lets me see wallet-level LP data across Meteora pools so I can do this faster. Not to mirror anyone. Just to have better data before I make my own call. You can see I always make my own trades and exit myself. The line is pretty simple when you think about it. If you can't explain why you're in a position without pointing at someone else's wallet, you're not trading. And you'll get burned eventually because you won't know when to get out. If you checked what the smart money is doing and then made your own decision based on your own analysis, that's just being informed. Every serious trader does some version of this. Beefman is right that blind copytraders are a problem. They dilute yields and they get themselves rekt. But not looking at on-chain data before making a trade is the same thing. @Twentifo24 @MadLads @SolanaMBS You could send an atomic transaction that sends sol to your wallet, transfers nfts to another wallet and transfer back any sol you sent. All in one transaction withouth the drainer having any chance on it. You can DM me if you want, ive been drained once and i hate those people

I need help! Someone is draining my wallet. He drained 20k worth of usdc yesterday morning, and left with 0 sol in there, but I still have my @MadLads and @SolanaMBS nfts in there. I didnt transfer it yet to avoid him noticing it. But this morning I received notification that the drainer sent 0.03 sol to my wallet, meaning he wants to extract my nfts from there. Hence I sent the fund to my other wallet faster than he could do txs. After several minutes I sent the sol back to move my nfts. But I believe he is using bot to now drain any sol coming to that wallet out so I cant move the NFTs. Im officially at war with this guy to move my nfts. Is there anyway for me to win? Is it possible for @MadLads or @SolanaMBS to freeze the nft from getting to his hand?

@madragtrades @MeteoraAG In @liquid_nova platform you can see Rugcheck and Jup scores for each pool with one click before apeing in, one click charts and also set a Stop Loss trigger to close the position (and swap if you want to) in case dev rugs or liquidity is going down fast! :)

I gave it all back in one trade👇 Woke up, checked the @MeteoraAG discovery page, saw $CRUBS - and without doing any real due diligence, opened a 4 SOL, -93% BA position. “What could go wrong?” Well… everything. Dev rugged. Chart nuked to zero. Suddenly my “super wide, bulletproof range” wasn’t so bulletproof. Closed the position and realized nearly a 3 SOL loss. This wiped most of my two weeks progress away. It’s part of the game. Some people may quit after a rug like this. I’m choosing to own it, analyze it, and move forward. Mistakes made: > No data checked before entering > Didn’t run it through filters > No rugcheck / bubblemaps review > Got comfortable from recent wins > Sized into a 3-hour-old token blindly Maybe this was a necessary early lesson on how fast things can go wrong. No revenge trading today. Just reflection and better practice moving forward. Plan to spend the weekend tightening up my due diligence, token filtering and studying @evilpanda’s Evil Panda Strat more closely - this loss was potentially avoidable with better process and discipline. Lesson paid for. Now we improve.

Haven’t DLMMed in a while but firgured I would give it a try again! Is it just me or is dlmming in this market way easier? Either way, ill keep you guys updated on my momentum, hopefully I am able to keep it. And never forget, its not about the $ but about the %

My Bear market strategy when LPing on @MeteoraAG 1️⃣Being a part of the @met_lparmy, the bear or bull market makes little difference as it’s always a season to print. During a bear market, though, my core focus shifts to the bid-ask flip positions on tokens with strong potential and solid narratives. 2️⃣Aim of the Bid-Ask Flip The bid-ask flip aims to buy low and close the position. If the price stays in range for a long time before going OOR on the downside, fees mostly offset any impermanent loss. If it doesn’t stay in range and we close at a loss (the more common case), we wait for a reversal, deposit the bought token, and turn profitable. 3️⃣Why bid-ask volatility works: It lets you DCA most of your liquidity at a lower price, and when the position flips to the ask side, most of the sell orders execute at a higher price within the range. 4️⃣How to set up the stretegy Steps: ✅ Go to the Meteora website ✅Choose your pool ✅Add liquidity ✅Select a price range ✅Volatility: Bid ask First step ( Bid process): Deposit only the quote token to Dca into your preferred token Once the first step is done , and all liquidity gets used up, close your position and proceed to the final step Final step ( Ask process) : Deposit only the base token to create the sell order and watch your position go live, earn fees and close with a good pnl percentage. 5️⃣What could go wrong: ✅OOR: A very common issue is the position not fully going OOR on the downside but in the upside. This is still a win. ✅Liquidity not getting used: Sometimes the price doesn’t drop further and your deposited liquidity sits unused. This is actually positive as no loss is realized. ✅Loss: No strategy is 100% safe , taking a loss can happen due to the token not reclaiming a higher price level, but a bid ask flip helps to reduce any huge loss 6️⃣Tokens I look for: ✅SOL/USDC: My favorite bear market pair. It takes strong volume and is an excellent way to DCA into $SOL at cheaper prices. ✅Tokens without heavy FUD: DCA into projects with minimal bad drama or FUD. No token is immune, but I avoid those with poor reputation or major unlocks during the LP period. ✅Steady volume: Pairs with consistent daily volume are a green flag as fees accumulate reliably. My halfway PnL report using DLMM Meteora this February. This month I stopped chasing big wins... and it’s working better than when I focused on huge % gains in January. It cost me some hard lessons, but that’s part of the process. Now I just repeat small edges, manage risk, and let time do the compounding. I’m starting to believe this is the real trading cheat code, the one most people forget.
