My wife’s back is getting so bad it’s near impossible for her to properly clean the house without being laid up for days & apparently after 32 years of marriage I still can’t do it right! So we’re now trying to figure out if it’s better to get a maid or get her MAiD so I can afford a maid 😎

1. “Most sexless marriages don’t start in the bedroom. They start emotionally.” According to him, many couples think intimacy disappears because of low desire alone, but in reality the emotional connection usually dies first. Constant unresolved arguments, lack of appreciation, stress, disrespect, poor communication, and emotional distance slowly kill attraction. Over time, couples stop flirting, stop touching casually, stop laughing together, and eventually even physical closeness starts feeling forced. Many husbands think the solution is simply “more sex,” while many wives are carrying emotional frustration they never properly expressed. When emotional connection disappears, physical intimacy often follows quietly. And because many couples avoid discussing it openly, the marriage slowly becomes two people living together without real closeness.

6. Identify your primal loop. You're operating from one: 'I'm not enough.' 'I'll be abandoned.' 'I must prove my worth.' These aren't conscious beliefs — they're nervous system patterns. Once you see yours, you can interrupt it. That's where real change begins.

This morning was my first intentional morning walk in a while. Not a punishment walk. Not an “I need to lose weight” walk. Not a “burn off what I ate” walk. Just a simple 10 minute walk because I’m rebuilding my routines now that I’m home full time. One of the hardest parts about working chaotic service industry jobs for me was the lack of rhythm. Random hours, stress, exhaustion, no real breaks, inconsistent sleep, cortisol through the roof. It’s very hard to regulate your nervous system and build habits when your body constantly feels like it’s surviving. So now I’m focusing on consistency instead of intensity. Short walks can help with: • blood sugar regulation • insulin sensitivity • stress hormones • digestion • circulation • energy • nervous system regulation But honestly? The biggest thing this walk did was reinforce identity. I’m becoming someone who takes care of herself consistently instead of only reacting when things fall apart. That’s the real shift. 👑

Meghan Markle never had the “pregnancy waddle” or any sort of fluid retention that normally happens with pregnancy Look at those massive strides while the belly bobs around 🤭

In retrospect, more than any roster move, Knoblauch losing Gulutzan & Coffey at the end of last season may have been the biggest moves that cost him his job. Coffey had to be rushed back to steady the #Oilers defence & secure a playoff spot.

Great to see America’s late-night TV hosts come together yesterday as a shining example of the DEI they love preaching about.

ATTENTION: DUNKIN DONUTS… Hire Canadians. AND YOU’LL BE REWARDED. (@dunkindonuts)

Dear @dunkindonuts Welcome back to Canada! We’re thrilled to have you here and wish you every success in our beautiful country. A friendly piece of advice for your franchise owners: Hire Canadians. Using the Temporary Foreign Worker program won’t be well-received here. Your brand’s long-term success in Canada will depend on supporting local workers and communities. Thank you for your attention to this matter. U.S. cafe chain Dunkin’ set to open hundreds of Canadian locations by late 2026 ctvnews.ca/business/artic…

So it looks like Dunkin’ Donuts making a Canadian comeback. CP24 of course wonders if it will do ok since Canadians elbows are up. They are already trying to manipulate the public. I would much rather go to a Dunkin’ Donuts than a Tim Hortons any day of the week. I hope this forces franchises to step up their game.
