Being a Christian does not mean being Catholic. It does not mean being Eastern Orthodox. It does not mean being Presbyterian or Baptist. It means believing and trusting in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who came down from heaven to live, die, and rise again forever so that all who believe in Him may be forgiven and saved. This gospel can be heard within all of these traditions I’ve listed, but some traditions place greater trust in their institution than in the gospel itself. Be careful not to misplace your trust, lest you be found condemned on the day of our Lord.

I don’t know why people think this is an insult. I still spend most of my day in the kitchen making food for someone in the house. I have a husband and two hungry older teenagers. My family still takes priority over my side gig, which is cooking feminists whether male or female.
