@HighwaysNWEST @GraemeGow1 By 'traffic caught up with the closure', I assume you mean vehicles that had already passed J39? I've been between J38 and J39 since 13.50 and still gridlocked with no sign of getting moving any time soon. Appreciate this was an accident, but it's crazy that it's taking this long

@GraemeGow1 Hi, Thanks for the message. Traffic caught up with the closure has been released. However, the diversion route is congested with approx. 45 min delays above normal travel time. Regards

#M6 #Cumbria closed northbound J39 #Shap - J40 #Penrith due to a collision involving a HGV that has overturned & come to rest on the central reservation. Lane 3 (of 3) also closed southbound J40 - J39. This is a seperate collision to the earlier collision at J39. More to follow

@RuthJays @edinplayhouse I have enjoyed many a show at The Playhouse and intend to enjoy many more, but people who do not respect the cast, crew or other audience members should be removed. It is completely unacceptable to turn up drunk, talk or dance throughout and become confrontational when challenged

@edinplayhouse Thanks for highlighting. I was at a performance last weekend and was horrified by the behaviour of a minority of individuals. So sorry that the performers and your staff are having to put up with this. @lisagilli

Had a rough few days as an in-patient at the RIE with an infection in my leg - but back home now and feeling a lot better. Nothing too dramatic and antibiotics soon sorted me out… 1/5

@RuthJays @DMcGillivray2 I'll always be proud of my background. There are many people at work - doing similar jobs at similar grades - who had private schooling, or lived in more affluent towns, with wealthier families. But that just reminds me what I've achieved. I wouldn't change my journey one bit.
