If video existed of this act, and it was released...it WOULD be major news. A crazy woman claiming the guy raped her IN PUBLIC during a trial with a low evidentiary bar (civil trial) and a hugely adversarial jury pool on the other hand...it's not big news because it isn't believable through anything other than an unbiased lens. Take every fact about this case and insert your dads name into it, and its immediately obvious there's no.way it was sufficient to find him liable.

Fun Fact: The President of the goddam United States paid nearly $6 million in damages today to a woman he raped. Once upon a time, this would have been the only news you heard.

@kase_trent51605 @PrimeDaniel_ @kirawontmiss Doesn't matter the dogs intent. Its an animal and it put a human child in danger by knocking him/her off their bike. As much as dogs have been domesticated, they still need to be controlled. Seems owner put the dog down. Thats for the best

@PrimeDaniel_ @kirawontmiss The dog has its tail high and wagging it around. It very much thought they were playing. If the dog wanted to hurt the kid he also wouldn’t have jumped up on him slowly. It would have jumped quick and tried to pull the kid to the ground quickly

@PainlsBeautiful @nattt007 @kirawontmiss Knocking a child off of a bike and then repeatedly jumping on and knocking him around is not acceptable and is dangerous...doesnt matter the dog's intent. This is a scared child. Waiting until a dog sinks its teeth into a kid before putting it down is not necessary.

Uh there are plenty of us on the right who are all for renewable energy usage and technology innovation. I myself work in tech. But we are not going to grant the government the level of power they are asking for to combat climate change by force. The climate alarmists completely ignore or fight against nuclear, which is a major mistake.

What I don't get about climate change deniers is why they're opposed the green transition. Say they're right and its a hoax. We still end up with a high-tech industrial revolution, more trees in urban centres, cooling systems, public transport, more EVs! Why is that bad?

Would you be willing to consider evidence that it wasn't a gunshot? We know that it wasn't a 150 grain Core-Lokt 30-06 soft point that killed Charlie, purely based on your research alone. We're already into full blown coverup territory at this point (I guess you could make an incredibly generous argument that the FBI has done a spectacularly piss poor job). I'm having a hard time reconciling why you would still be committed to it being a bullet wound.
Chris Martenson@chrismartenson

I've already responded to you 2x (now 3x) that the neck shot recreated the breaking of the necklace too. So here it is again:

According to a search warrant affidavit Tyler Robinson’s phone had a Google Maps route logged into it starting at 12:46 MST taking Tyler from the Mountain Shadows Shopping Center to the Quick Quack Car Wash. The officer who wrote the search warrant states that the Mountain Shadows Shopping Center is “approximately seven minutes from the [UVU] campus.” And that’s true… if you’re in a car. But according to Google, the Mountain Shadows Shopping Center is approximately 49-58 minutes from the parking lot behind the Losee Center on the UVU Campus if you’re ON FOOT… which of course, Tyler was. And of course none of this takes into account the time spent hiding the rifle in the woods, which according to Samuel Steele’s doorbell camera the shooter was spotted walking out of the wooded area at approximately 12:30 MST. The only way this timeline works is if someone picked Tyler up from 800 W and drove him to the Mountain Shadows Shopping Center.

What a dumb thing to say. The guy WASN'T an intruder. He was an invited guest. Thats what he became when the owner ordered a package to be delivered. Does the dog know that? Nope thats why the owner should have had it locked up. Driver is under zero obligation to allow himself to be bitten because of the owner's poor decision making. Guy was even justified using deadly force on an aggressive animal. Owner is lucky he didnt.

@queenjamsplace @kwarren012 @cfl1954 @DesireeAmerica4 Yes, he was meant to risk getting bitten by the dog. The fuck are you talking about HE is the intruder. The dog lives there. You sound like an animal abusing dipshit who longs to hear the yelps of suffering animals

The man approached him aggressively. He didn't go looking for a fight, the fight came to him. He invited a person to his house, allowed his dog to threaten a guest such that the guest feared for his safety, then aggressed on the driver. Driver didnt ask for any of this. Completely owners fault, and totally justified on the drivers fault.

@im_rigor @cfl1954 @DesireeAmerica4 People are under no obligation to assume an aggressive dog wont bite them. Rules of self defense apply. If you believe you are in imminent threat of death or great bodily harm, you can defend yourself with force up to and including deadly force.

@BuecheleNick @cfl1954 @DesireeAmerica4 People do, in fact, have a right to throw things at and even kill your dog of it is attacking them. Inviting a person to your house (which is what ordering a package is) and then allowing a dog to attack them is cause for lethal defense.

@Noise_Frequency @cfl1954 @DesireeAmerica4 The rabid dog is the one who got hit with a box. Owner should have been grabbing and restraining his dangerous animal...not approaching the driver. He knew he had a package being delivered. Dude had every right to defend himself.

@cfl1954 @DesireeAmerica4 And the owner had seconds to respond to a possible violent assault for just asking why he assaulted his dog. He should have shot the UPS driver (by US homeowner gun logic). Who is the rabid dog here?

To convict Tyler Robinson, the state will need to fill several gaps seen in this week's preliminary hearing. For example, no witness identified the shooter; the lone ballistic comparison came back inconclusive, & the prints from the roof exclude him. The state's case will likely clear the low probable-cause bar — but "enough to proceed" isn't "proven." Here's my review of the evidence presented against Robinson thus far.

Even if he is Twiggs is guilty of other crimes, Tyler is guilty of shooting Charlie. This is Tyler's trial. There are plenty of us who absolutely would happily support an investigation into the left wing groups that may have been involved with pushing for this event to happen or the people surrounding Tyler that may have been involved in some other aspects of it. The whole reason most of us are pissed at all of the nut jobs is that it distracted from actual REAL possibilities and even ran interference for left wing terrorists and tried to get Tyler off.

To all of you who’ve already convicted Tyler Robinson: How do you reconcile your certainty with the fact that Lance Twiggs never reported Tyler to police? Even after the confession texts? His interrogation should still raise serious questions with you, even if you believe Tyler took the shot. You protect Lance the fury like he’s Erika Kirk the widow. If you believe Tyler did it, why do you give a free pass to Lance and in the same breath curse Candace Owens?

‼️🇺🇸: EYE WITNESS PUTS TYLER ROBINSON IN PANGUICH UT AT 9-10PM ON SEPTEMBER 10TH 👀 I interviewed the STAFF AT COWBOY'S SMOKEHOUSE who SERVED ROBINSON THE NIGHT Charlie KIRK WAS ASSASSINATED. - Two witnesses & 100% ID'd Tyler - They turned into the FBI - Tyler paid with his debit card - Neither the state OR THE DEFENSE HAS CONTACTED the restaurant to talk to the staff. WHY isn't the defense using this ALIBI!? 🤨 This makes it IMPOSSIBLE for Tyler to be watching & waiting for the police to leave hours before 12:36am-ish on the 11th as is in the texts. If he left at 10pm the fastest he could be at UVU is 12:47am. 🤔 Panguich is 2 hours 49 minutes from UVU. Either the texts are fabricated, someone was pretending to be Tyler, or he's a time traveler. YOU DECIDE. 🫡

Haven't seen him in months and the first thing he says to me is " what do you think of the crazy psycho Candace Owens" I commented back we aren't gonna agree on this so let's just leave it at that. Nope he couldn't drop it he says oh so you think Israel killed him with space lasers...lmao...you can't make this shit up. It escalated from there

If you want to prove to someone that Charlie's shirt moves BEFORE the damage to his neck, show them this. It is unbelievable that anyone believes it was a bullet. At this point, I think some people just say they believe the FEDSLOP because their hatred of Candace Owens outweighs their love of the truth.

Scenario: all relevant crime scene evidence has been documented and collected. The video evidence has been collected. The murder weapon has been found. A suspect has been identified. At the time, there was no compelling reason to delay reworking the area classes...still isnt. There is obligation for them to track down and eliminate every wacky conspiracy that an internet mob might come up with.

@Theanonprime2 Agree with this entirely. Even if people just focus on the simple FACT that they excavated 8” of dirt all over the courtyard the day after Charlie was killed. Then proceed to pave over the whole area… in what situation do you pave over and erase an entire crime seen.
