As you may be aware, on August 11, 2024, LL initiated a voluntary court-supervised process under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. As a part of the bankruptcy process, LL Flooring stopped accepting and processing warranty claims on September 17th, 2024. This applies to all products and services previously sold with warranties. @LLFlooring is the worst flooring supplier on the planet! A month ago they sold me some flooring only to tell me they couldn't provide the product and tried switching me to a higher priced product...classic loser company tactic. Run from this company. Not my last post losers!

I am so livid right now. I ordered some tile from @LLFlooring on August 31 to be shipped to the NE Philly store. The store never received them and have no idea where my boxes are. When I called the customer service line, they refused to help me. I'm calling BS.

@LLFlooring Do not buy this garbage flooring. We have had nothing but trouble with the floor and getting things fixed. Their warranty is an absolute waste of ink as well. You are better off getting real wood and dealing with the extra costs, or carpet.

@LLFlooring Careful if you charge your flooring, I thought I was getting a good deal, I didn’t realize if the account was not paid off in a certain period of time they would throw another thousand dollar interest on it so I’m paying double what I was charged read the fine print.

I recently paid about 7k to have @LLFlooring product installed. The first time a dust mop was used the product failed and it's chipping and splintering everywhere. Their rep just hung up on my wife while trying to claim the warranty.

And then I had to wait 24-48 hours for them to call me. After 48 hours the installer has never heard of me and the store says there are no commitments. I committed to @LLFlooring but as soon as I gave them money there commitment to me apparently ended.

@LLFlooring I committed to purchase and installation of your flooring. I was told that scheduling of installation would happen as soon I signed documents after measure. But then I had to pick up the materials. Then they had to pass the work order to the installer.
