I disagree with @IngrahamAngle . It’s time to compromise and win the midterms. Here’s why: Unfortunately, immigration has been a problem for nearly a century. We didn’t, and still don’t, have a clear path to citizenship. Over time, when our laws weren’t enforced, foreign-born individuals found loopholes and work-arounds that we allowed. We did nothing to prevent their presence, we failed to enforce removal orders, and we collected their tax money without refund or recognizing deductions. What we did do was give them driver’s licenses, work permits, allow them to buy homes, have their children here, and get an education—all the stuff. So here we are. People have now lived here for 10-20 years, and we did nothing. I’m sorry, but sending them back to a country they haven’t been to in 10-20 years doesn’t seem fair. Letting them stay doesn’t seem fair either. If you have a problem with a compromise, blame yourself. You elected the politicians who failed to enforce our laws, the politicians who failed to fix the broken system, and the politicians who encouraged illegal immigration. I agree we screwed up. I agree we must have borders, enforce immigration laws, and deport those who don’t belong here. But now we too must be held accountable for our part in this mess. If we let people stay for 10+ years, it is wrong to just kick them out when they followed the poor system we allowed and arguably created. It is a fair compromise to give legal status to people who have been here for over ten years. It is reasonable to allow them to continue to live in America, to contribute without taking, and to prove they can be good citizens. If they are criminals, deport them. If they came during the invasion, deport them. If they expect us to support them, deport them. But if they are here to contribute—that’s what we are all about. Take the partial loss, learn from it, and going forward, fix the system. 🇺🇸🦅🦅

Election Integrity is non existent in Texas. It’s not the average everyday true Texans but the Election Officials at county level who are culpable. “Nothing to see here,” is their cry. Their days are numbered. They over-exposed themselves this time by fixing the algorithm to be too big not to notice. More to come on that. Lesser culpable, but definitely responsible to a degree are; The official “Grassroots” organizations who only do two things; 1)support candidates who already have millions of dollars. 2) line their own pockets with donations. Then there are the bought and sold political pundits who say they don’t like Abbott but do all they can to thwart organic campaigns. They have lost the trust of the clear minded Texans. For us, all we can do is to continue to expose, analyze and disseminate truth. We cannot back off of these entities if we want to see our Republic return. The Republic of Texas deserves better.
