Trump’s State Department has accelerated green card processing for Indian nationals, giving them priority and reducing their wait time ahead of other applicants. Per its October 2025 Visa Bulletin, the Final Action Date for EB-5 visas advanced by nearly 15 months, while EB‑1 moved forward by about 12 months, EB‑2 by roughly three months, and EB‑3 by approximately three months. The closer an applicant’s Priority Date is to the Final Action Date, the sooner they can get their green card. By advancing the Final Action Date, applicants whose Priority Date was previously behind the cutoff can now have their green card applications processed sooner. Follow: @AFpost
