What would it look like to see all ~13,000 proteins inside a single human cell at once? We share ProtiCelli — a generative model that makes this possible. Besides benchmarking, we demonstrate utility in many tasks. Preprint: bit.ly/3NY175q A thread 🧵👇

We added *active* AlphaFold2 models of all 437 human catalytic kinases to Kincore-available on every page (PDB, Gene, Family, etc.). All PDB/AF2 structures now have "Activity label" based on XDFG, saltbridge & substrate-capable activation loop positions. dunbrack.fccc.edu/kincore.

New Preprint with @Bulat41292666 : AlphaFold2 models of all 437 human catalytic typical protein kinases. Catalytic=not pseudokinases. "Active"=capable of binding ATP, Mg, and SUBSTRATE. Key step was structural bioinformatics of PDB structures of 40 substrate/kinase complexes.

Today in partnership with @emblebi, we’re releasing predicted structures for nearly all catalogued proteins known to science, which will expand the #AlphaFold database by over 200x - from nearly 1 million to 200+ million structures: dpmd.ai/AF-22-TW 1/
