Years ago, I signed a law to require photo ID to cast a ballot in Wisconsin. Then, voters added it to the state constitution. Now, we need it to protect elections for federal office. The people overwhelmingly want photo ID to vote!

Requiring proof of citizenship 2 register & a photo ID 2 vote is common sense. If U need valid ID 2 buy a 6 pack of beer or cigs, board a plane, shop at Costco, or join a gym, U should absolutely need it 2 vote. The idea that voting should have fewer safeguards than everyday transactions is absurd.
