@IndiGo6E Hi Twinkle, we respectfully disagree. The passengers reached Bengaluru airport ~1 hour before departure, security was not crowded, yet were denied boarding. The extra ₹6000 charge is a significant hardship. We request goodwill compensation considering timely arrival and effort.

Very poor experience with IndiGo. My sister & brother-in-law (PNR: G6L8PC) for flight 6E-687 (BLR–UDR) reached ~1 hr early, low security crowd, still denied boarding & charged ₹6000 extra on same PNR. Need resolution. @IndiGo6E @airsewa_MoCA
