Friend got their pip reinstated. Judge didn't even consider the DWPs evidence because of the weight of my flatmate's evidence he'd collected. Backpaid for two years so 20k+ and max level and judge said he could appeal and win for the additional two years they falsely removed him

@Tanni_GT @ricercata1 It IS a gateway benefit so thousands are set to lose a very large part of their income as well as dealing with their disability if they lose PIP and scope to cut even more in the future. What on EARTH is the point in that? How will that help ANYONE? More disabled people will die
