$ALAB is now the latest multi-bagger in the family portfolio. The market is finally recognizing Astera as one of the most important connectivity platforms in the AI infrastructure stack where compute growth is turning data movement into one of the biggest bottlenecks.

I used this pullback to initiate a brand new edge connectivity position in the growth portfolio. The company is a sub-$500M small-cap trading at ~3x cash with backlog growing ~40% sequentially & a new platform built for AI data-center fiber connectivity. Any guesses?

@offermemoneyXYZ Maybe it’s time for me to buy $5m worth of Boston dynamics. List my closed end fund on NASDAQ? Then raise $1B off an effective ATM?

$BOT is still trading at 4x NAV. With a $2,000,000,000 effective ATM. Even after the 21% drop. So now it’s ~$600M MC, off $146M in private assets. Then off those assets, they own ~$37M of Figure. Which you’re essentially buying at $160B valuations while the leading humanoid maker in Unitree is IPOing at $6B. So just because a $146m private fund went public doesn’t mean there should be a multi-billion dollar retail wealth transfer? Maybe the fund had good intentions? But idk after the $2B equity financing facility, that move just seems predatory when there’s already a valuation NAV disconnect.
Serenity tweet media
Serenity@aleabitoreddit

$BOT is the biggest red flag. NAV is $7.34/share. The stock is now trading at $37.92. You are basically buying Figure at $200B+ while it’s valued at $39B. Buying the company is just trading pyramid float dynamics off other retail. Not the appreciation or underlying fundamentals. To make matters worse: There’s $2B dilution as valuation arbitrage as you all get diluted to oblivion. I got a lot of fund managers dming influencers like myself about it but in reality: Retail just looks like exit liquidity.

Today there is concerning new evidence of bias in the Delaware Chancellor's handling of Elon Musk's cases in the Chancery Court. Again, the evidence is a LinkedIn "reaction" by Chancellor McCormick to a post about a case involving Musk. This time is different, however, because it involved a case the Chancellor herself was actively presiding over at the time of the reaction--the $55 billion Musk compensation case. By way of background, you may remember the recent incident where Chancellor McCormick's LinkedIn account "supported" a derogatory post about Musk's loss in a California case. After Musk's attorneys moved for recusal, the Chancellor blamed "suspicious activity" for the LinkedIn reaction and said she did not "support" the post. However, the Chancellor reassigned the Musk cases anyway. The Chancellor has never disclosed what, if anything, was resulted from the "suspicious activity" report she said she filed with LinkedIn. Unfortunately, it turns out the "support" reaction to a derogatory post about Musk wasn't even close to the most problematic of Chancellor McCormick's reactions on LinkedIn. And if this had been known at the time, it is likely that McCormick would have needed to recuse or reassign the Musk cases. Two years ago, after Chancellor McCormick handed down her $55 billion decision against Musk, the BLBG law firm that litigated the matter against Musk posted about the win McCormick handed them in the case. They boasted about their "recent victory in the headline-grabbing case against Tesla, a historic decision that nullified CEO Elon Musk's $55.8 billion compensation package." Chancellor McCormick reacted to the plaintiffs' lawyers post with the "celebration" reaction, as shown in the screenshot. Just to be clear, this "celebration" was in reaction to a post about the victory of the plaintiffs' lawyers regarding the case the Chancellor herself decided. She "celebrated" a post by one side about her own decision in a case. More disturbingly, the case was not even over. Chancellor McCormick was still presiding over this case for the attorneys' fees and ratification stages. She later awarded these very plaintiffs' lawyers $345 million in fees and rejected Tesla's shareholder ratification. The case was later reversed by the Delaware Supreme Court and the fee was slashed. In light of this additional evidence, Chancellor McCormick's "suspicious activity" explanation for her "support" reaction on a derogatory Musk post seems less credible. We now know that Chancellor McCormick has a record of "celebrating" anti-Musk posts, in this situation in a case she was actively presiding over. One might also question whether she operates her LinkedIn account in a deceptive way. The account is clearly operated as a professional account (almost all the posts and reactions relate to the Chancery Court or Delaware practitioners), yet the Chancellor lists her name as "Katie M.", and her occupation as "Delawarean." This makes it difficult for the public to find and scrutinize the account. Although these are open secrets in Delaware, it seems this is her way of communicating support for favored constituencies. I'm sure everyone will draw their own conclusions from this based on their priors. I personally think it is time for the Delaware legislature or Supreme Court to take action. Every time the Chancellor does something like this, businesses lose confidence in Delaware's courts.

14.3.3 nags less too
Zack@BLKMDL3

6 drives and 6 hours into FSD v14.3.3, here’s my review: - Actually Smart Summon improvements are fantastic. The 33% speed increase from 6-8mph is actually extremely noticeable and makes it feel more human-like driving through a parking lot, especially a crowded one. Some may think it’s not a big change, but it is. - “Hey Grok” is amazing! It has worked perfectly for me each time so far as a wake word, and I’ve used it a bunch. Huge quality of life improvement and being able to set navigation reminders is a really awesome feature! - FSD v14.3.3 reacted to someone running their stop sign before I could even see them around a wall in a parking garage. The driver monitoring system (DMS) is way more relaxed in this build than previously, especially in Standard profile. - The new car visualization looks so much richer and better as combined with the spring update, way cooler. The acceleration profile of Mad Max is much smoother from 0-2mph off the line compared to v14.3.2, it doesn’t feel jerky or a jolt off the line. This is a big improvement and it’s still plenty quick. - On city streets, and I’m pretty sure on the highway as well, Standard is more relaxed with changing lanes. It doesn’t change as frequently which is a nice thing to have for street driving. I’ll get a lot more seat time this afternoon through this week. - There has been no twitching or jerky behavior with this build. Smooth inputs even in tricky scenarios- in the past few days FSD v14.3.2 has been slightly twitchy in my experience but this is way better. - When FSD v14.3.3 reverses out of a parallel or perpendicular parking spot, I’ve noticed on this build it doesn’t reverse as far as before and it reduced unnecessary reversing distance. It feels more human like as it knows exactly the amount of steering angle required to exit the spot without backing up to far. This was even present in my 2025 Model 3 without a front fascia camera. - Mad Max feels a bit more refined. It’s like a smooth slice through traffic and I’m now using it almost exclusively vs hurry I used before. The improved off the line performance is a big factor in that as well. Very calculated decisions and inputs. - The new FSD Intervention streak feature is a really cool addition, would’ve been awesome to have for our FSD Cannonball Run record from New York City-LA, but I love how they are incentivizing using the system more as it’s safer than driving yourself. - Speed control in 55mph speed zones needs more work, this was apparent on the cannonball with FSD v14.3.2 but there’s no clear max speed for it in 55 zones. Should be tamed and restricted a bit specifically in 55mph zones. Looking forward to improved pothole avoidance too. - I like the new messages at top of the screen, specifically if you do not have a destination set in the navigation, it will tell you to select one. If you are in Mad Max occasionally it will let you know increased attention could be required if the surroundings require it. - Parking garage behavior seems unchanged from FSD v14.3.2 when inside, but noticed it was slightly more confident entering and exiting the garages and coming up to the ticket dispenser. Didn’t see much looping behavior. - I haven’t had FSD v14.3.3 camp in the left lane yet, as I haven’t had it on an empty highway since there’s been traffic today. This was a feature that FSD v14.3.2 had in that we didn’t enjoy on the cannonball. I’ll get some seat time in on my drive to NorCal this week where we’ll see if it does it. - I haven’t had any weird braking, jitteriness or twitching yet, definitely a big smoothness jump over FSD v14.3.2, even more so than FSD v14.2.2.5 in my experience so far. Overall, this version did a great job combining the attributes of FSD v14.3 like the insane reaction time, parking features, and new stack with the refinement that we loved with FSD v14.2.2.5 AND the great Spring Update features. Elon said this update is a banger, and it is. Great work @Tesla_AI teams!!
