@AskDyson @Dyson both staff & other customers at UPS all chimed in that this is your usual level of really bad customer service. Everyone agreed that overall you have good products but the moment something goes wrong you guys are the worst. Any chance to do better for me?

@AskDyson @Dyson On 12/21 your site did allow me to email you after not having that functionality for 3 wks. Jasvir wrote back on 12/27 to tell me that you didn’t get exchange order 1649149490 yet, which @UPS delivered on 12/13.

Asking me to do a survey after 2hrs of listening to your hellish wait music without any help was truly an elegant way to really bring home the terribleness of @Dyson customer service.

Annette Herfkens and her fiance, Willem van der Pas, had been together for 13 years when he booked them on to a flight from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to the Vietnamese coast on a romantic vacation in November 1992. She was claustrophobic and didn't want to board the plane because she felt it was tiny with just 25 passengers and six crew. However, Willem persuaded her, telling her it was only a 20-minutes flight. But 40 minutes into the flight, the plane suddenly dropped, crashing into the mountains. When she regained consciousness, everywhere was dark with people screaming. A dead passenger strapped to his seat was lying on top of her. Gradually, the noisy and chaotic enclosure was replaced with utter silence; everyone had died except her. She was left alone with decomposing bodies until the 8th day when rescuers finally arrived. Until then, she battled the thoughts of cannibalizing the bodies around her to survive. Months later, she made a full recovery and went back to her office.
