Update - this above was on Chrome on my MBP. I copied the link to Safari and it worked. SMH

This is frighteningly common. Clicking on the big yellow button on @UPS site gives you an error. Their SMB div is probably wondering why they're getting no leads.

I got this alert from @amazon on Sunday. I know they were having issues. Got my package today (a day after this "tomorrow"). Asked for a refund and was told no. SMH
