@TravelodgeUK what time does free parking end on day of checkout? Specifically at Nottingham EM Airport hotel. I’m staying on Sunday night and am going out on Monday with family and don’t need my car as we will be using theirs so can I leave it at the hotel until 6pm?

However, changes to your booking may still be subject to an amendment fee, in addition to any difference in the holiday cost. @loveholidays @OntheBeachUK I’m looking to book an all inclusive holiday but decision as to who with depends on if either of you can provide a way I can confirm before booking that I will be able to eat 3 meals and the snacks at whichever hotel as I have celiac disease, thanks

@premierinn I’m booking your Newcastle (The Gate) hotel which says “no Ultimate WiFi upgrade is available at this hotel” but during booking it’s giving me the option to add it. If I pay for the Ultimate WiFi am I going to get it?

@DropboxSupport I am subscribed to Dropbox plus meaning 2TB of storage. I have created a shared folder but when the other user I have given access to tries to upload a file to the folder, they get a storage full error. Pictured; the error and my current storage use

@Looking4Parking I made a booking for mid April then cancelled within 5 minutes of booking after noticing an error. I have been charged £2.99 for that booking. That doesn’t sound like “free cancellation up to 72h before arrival” how do I get this sorted?

@greeneking can I please recommend an update to your allergen menu? Chips, Tater Tots and Fries all list on your website as “no major allergens” yet when you try to order with a gluten allergy staff say it cannot be done as they contain gluten

@fleeeuuurrrr Notice more common now that printed tickets are add ons at checkout so you buy the ticket then during checkout there’s add ons and one is printed ticket or memory ticket or something which is sent to your address. Usually £5 or less. If that’s the case then maybe not

@loopylottie27 Not to worry, if you make a new booking for the same journey but with the correct Railcard attached and share the transaction ID with us by DM, I can refund the lower-valued tickets with a fee of up to £10 per journey. Thanks, Craig

@thetrainline I’ve booked train tickets for a trip to Glasgow and forgot to change the preselected railcard. I currently have a 16-25 railcard but that expires before the trip and I have just turned 26 so I will actually have a 26-30 railcard. Is there anyway to change it?

@loopylottie27 I appreciate that, however, the tickets you have can't be altered without exchanging them. Which can be done via your account. You just need to select the same train but change the Railcard and pay any fare difference and fees to do so. Thanks, Craig

@thetrainline I don’t want to change the ticket, I’ve booked the correct trains just selected the wrong railcard. It gives the same discount it’s just technicality if I’m asked for it on the train
