Absolute gaslighting from Anthropic here. My account suddenly burned 20% of my entire Max $200 weekly usage credits plan in A SINGLE DAY and a myriad other people had the same issue and we’re told - nothing to see here, this is a skill issue 🤛 Meanwhile Anthropic Help section just sends you round in circles like a serpent eating its own tail. Anthropic’s own help bot sent me on a wild goose chase, then suggested a solution that ended up double charging me and still leaving me in the lurch. Incredibly poor form from @AnthropicAI from a company i’d started to love / multiple faux pas in the same week. Sort it out @lydiahallie @bcherny
Digging into reports, most of the fastest burn came down to a few token-heavy patterns. Some tips: • Sonnet 4.6 is the better default on Pro. Opus burns roughly twice as fast. Switch at session start. • Lower the effort level or turn off extended thinking when you don't need deep reasoning. Switch at session start. • Start fresh instead of resuming large sessions that have been idle ~1h • Cap your context window, long sessions cost more CLAUDE_CODE_AUTO_COMPACT_WINDOW=200000 We're rolling out more efficiency improvements, make sure you're on the latest version. If a small session is still eating a huge chunk of your limit in a way that seems unreasonable, run /feedback and we'll investigate

We're aware people are hitting usage limits in Claude Code way faster than expected. Actively investigating, will share more when we have an update!
Nasdaq is -4% down since this tweet. Which gives us around -6%+ or so to go to the target. I think that’s the level at which point the pressure on Trump will be sufficiently gargantuan enough to induce a full TACO. And should be enough to get Bitcoin to the $60k level. Still interested in adding to $HYPE & $PENGU as we drop lower, as this tweet states.
Gun to the head right now for #Bitcoin: $59k - $63k - $51k - $78k - $69k - New ATH's Simply based on prior cycle MA extrapolations, current HTF RSI, and I how I expect key elements like the Clarity Act etc to play out. Will be even more convinced of this once we (likely) close tomorrow under previous cycle ATH. Next stop 200WMA - bounce Then 300WMA - bottom Then we have our long term cyclical bottom. IMO liquidity below the 200WMA will be ripe for longing, and that potential liquidly under the 300WMA will be ripe for final adds to long term spot bags. We endure the pain then we ride the gains. Immerse yourself in frontier AI tools in the meantime :-)
